I wish someone would have shared these secrets and methods to increase my happiness and increase my well-being. Here are some things that I have been doing over the last few years that increase my life both business and personal.
I started meditating, and I know it sounds like some guy in a robe on a mountain drinking tea and has a bell but this is not the case. I find that by just taking 1 to 10 minutes a day, can really have a big impact on the remaining part of the day.
So let’s take some baby steps…
Try to find a quiet place in your home or if it’s not quiet put some earphones on and search for some meditating music on YouTube music or Spotify or whatever you use.
There shouldn’t be any lyrics, just some very calm nature music like a soundscape.
Then I want you to close your eyes and just for one minute just for 60 seconds. I want you to breathe in, and when you breathe in, I want you to envision the number one,
When you release your breath I want you to envision the number two. I want to repeat that 30 times that should be about 1 minute. That’s all you need to do to get started meditating, remember every great journey starts with a tiny step.
