Real Estate Mentorship
Why Would You Need a Real Estate Mentor?
A real estate mentor is someone who will hold you accountable. The number one reason real estate professionals fail, is because they lack a accountability. In real estate you are self employed, you have no boss and no one to push you towards your goals. A real estate mentor is your key to success, he can help you get to your goals faster.
“The number one reason real estate professionals fail, is because they lack a accountability”
Mike Ferry
The second reason real estate professionals fail is they lack a guide in real estate to avoid the pitfalls. A real estate mentor has been thru this journey many times. He knows exactly what pitfalls to look out for. A real estate mentor will be the bridge to your success in real estate. Yes you may get to your goals without a mentor, but it will take you much longer.
Finally a real estate mentor will inspire you to become the best real estate professional you can be. It is this inspiration that will push you thru the hard times in real estate.

How to Get a Real Estate Mentor?
Look for a mentor who has the time to train you. You need hands on experience. I would start with interviewing different real estate mentors. Do not be concerned with the split or fee if the mentor offers lots of services. Each real estate mentor will be different, if they have too many students they will not have time for you. If they are busy with their own projects they will not have time for you. Do not settle for just any real estate mentor, if they have a brokers license that guarantees you they are experienced.
