Wholesaling properties has sparked my interest for many years,  but I was always to busy to attend classes, the instructors had little or no experience, and they were not licensed in real estate.  I spoke with Allen and he showed me a few deals he had done, and right then I made the decision to join his mentorship.  I believe everyone needs a mentor, but you have to find one that has real hands on experience, and this is what Allen has.  Thanks again, HPAgents, you changed my life.
