How To Locate a Deal

  1. Work on your alliances: Realtors, bankers, loan officers, title company workers, escrow agents, county front desk, state lawyers… These is the people you need around you! Build quality relationships, bring value to them, be there for them and they’ll be willing to help you along the way.
  2. Visit your local court: Why? Because buyers must have all cash to courthouse auctions. So, this is the perfect place to spot them regularly and make great connections with amazing candidates. Remember to share your business card
  3. Search the MLS: The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a database put together by real estate brokers listing all properties for sale within a geographic area, along with their characteristics and vital statistics. The MLS is only available to licensed realtors
