We will also talk about getting organized with your Spear of influence. Using the attached Excel spreadsheet and getting it filled out. We will then take that Excel spreadsheet and import it into a CRM. We talked a little about the advantages of having a mentor and coach. We also discussed a 31 Touch system, in which we communicate in various ways to our Sphere of influence.
